Decision making students winning microteaching contest in design lesson plan and its implementation in mathematics learning

چکیده

This research aims to describe the decision-making of pre-service teacher in designing lesson plans and their implementation learning mathematics. type is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Determination subjects this using purposive sampling technique. The are students Mathematics Education Study Program at one universities East Java, Indonesia. winner microteaching competition university level. Learning activities observed preliminary, core, closing activities. Because study, main instrument researcher assisted by observation sheets, video recordings, interview guidelines. conclusion that make decisions each step stages building ideas, clarifying assessing fairness ideas. At idea-building stage, build ideas several/various for be carried out adapted conditions time learning.
